Pre-orders placed on this site are firm purchases of future products. They allow you to obtain a piece with certainty and thus avoid missing it from your collection.

Just as we commit to ordering it for you, you commit to buying it.

When you place your pre-order, you have the option of paying for the item in full or in part, as you wish. You can also pay by cheque, in which case the cheque may be debited at the time of dispatch.

In the case of group purchases, shipping costs are due for each shipment.

Pre-orders are subject to the vagaries of manufacturing, manufacturer delays, etc. We are not responsible for delays, and these do not justify the cancellation of your purchase.

The dates communicated are those transmitted by the manufacturer at the time the item is put online.

Pre-ordered items are dispatched as soon as we receive them in stock, in the order in which they were ordered. An e-mail will be sent to you as soon as we have information on the date of arrival of the merchandise in stock.
