Deliveries and returns
Shipping your order
Orders for in-stock products are generally shipped on the same day or the day after your order is placed.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery of your parcel online.
Figurine Collector ships its figures, statues and collectibles directly from France.
Shipping and tracking
Our standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo. We also offer delivery to Colissimo pickup points.
Depending on the destination, value or characteristics of the order, other shipping methods may be available.
Every shipment includes tracking. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive the information required to follow its delivery.
Packaging of your figures and statues
We pay particular attention to the protection of collectibles, especially figures, statues and fragile items.
Products are packed in parcels suited to their size and carefully protected in order to reduce the risk of damage during transport.
For large or particularly fragile items, we use reinforced or oversized packaging whenever necessary.
For certain oversized products, especially large statues, shipment on a pallet may be required.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are mainly calculated according to:
- the weight and volume of the order;
- the destination;
- the carrier and selected delivery method.
The shipping cost is displayed before the final confirmation of your order.
Whenever possible, we recommend grouping your purchases into a single order. Two separate orders cannot always be combined after confirmation and may therefore incur separate shipping charges.
Delivery in France
Orders delivered within France are prepared from our stock located in France.
For products available in our stock, there are no customs formalities or additional import taxes to pay upon delivery in France.
Delivery within the European Union
Figurine Collector delivers to many countries within the European Union.
Delivery times and shipping rates depend on the destination country as well as the weight and volume of the parcel. Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process.
For goods shipped from France to another country within the European Union, customers do not have to complete any import customs formalities.
For applicable orders, VAT is charged at the rate in force in the destination country in accordance with European regulations, notably through the OSS (One Stop Shop) system.
We generally ship European orders via DHL, Colissimo or DPD, depending on the destination and the characteristics of the parcel.
Delivery outside the European Union
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, taxes and other charges may be applied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs paid to Figurine Collector and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customs regulations and applicable charges vary from one country to another. We therefore recommend checking the import rules in your country before placing an order.
Figurine Collector has no control over the amount of customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied by local authorities.
Pre-order products
When an order contains a pre-order product, shipment takes place once the product has been received at our warehouse.
The date shown on a pre-order product page is an estimate based on information provided by the manufacturer or supplier and may be subject to change.
If your order contains several products with different availability dates, shipment may be delayed until all items in the order are available.
Damaged parcel or delivery issue
If you notice a problem upon delivery, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible and providing your order number together with photographs of the parcel and affected product where necessary.
If there is visible damage to the parcel at the time of delivery, we recommend reporting it to the carrier and providing as much detail as possible when recording any reservations. This information can help us when dealing with the carrier.
For collectible figures and statues, we strongly recommend recording a continuous video of the opening and complete unboxing of the parcel, especially for fragile, oversized or high-value items.
Some manufacturers require a continuous unboxing video in order to accept and process an after-sales service request in the event of breakage, missing parts or a defect discovered when opening the product.
We therefore recommend keeping this video until you have fully checked the condition and contents of your product.
Our customer service team remains available to advise you on the procedure to follow in the event of a damaged parcel, defective product or delivery issue.
