One of the founding members of Fatal Fury 1, Muay Thai expert Joe Higashi joins the KOF 98 UM line-up at Storm Collectibles.
A great friend of the Bogard brothers, whom he met in South Town during the 1st "The King of Fighters Tournament" organized by Geese, Joe is a loyal friend, always positive and cheerful, but still a formidable fighter.
Unsurprisingly, the figure is a real success, supplied with 3 faces, 14 hands and a "Hurricane Upper" effect.
